Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (BM REMODELING)

BM Remodeling strives to provide excellent service and clear communication. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, deposits, and refunds work.

Service Deposits

Some projects may require a deposit to:

  • Reserve materials

  • Secure your project date

  • Cover initial labor costs

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

Cancellations

Before Materials Are Ordered

  • Cancellations made before materials are ordered may receive a refund of the deposit (minus any processing fees).

After Materials Are Ordered

  • If materials have been ordered, the deposit becomes non-refundable, since supplies have been purchased specifically for your project.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only when appropriate and approved by BM Remodeling management.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after materials have been ordered

  • Completed or partially completed labor

  • Custom or special-order items

Satisfaction Guarantee

If there’s an issue with workmanship, we will return to address it and ensure the job is completed correctly according to the contract.
